Our company is built on our core values— servant leadership, unwavering character, a growth mindset, persistence, empowerment, pace, and fun —and guided by three pillars: being the Employer of Choice , Partner of Choice , and Contractor of Choice . We offer transformative support in operations, marketing, training, talent, finance, and technology, all while preserving the autonomy of local brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the month-end close process for assigned roofing company brands and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy.

  • Maintain the integrity of financial records through general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation.

  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial transactions in accordance with GAAP and company policies.

  • Monitor and reconcile financial data between ServiceTitan and Sage Intacct, researching and resolving discrepancies as needed.

  • Partner with local operating teams to understand business activity, improve data accuracy, and support informed decision-making.

  • Assist with annual audits and maintain organized supporting documentation for financial and compliance requirements.

  • Support sales tax, permits, bonds, and other regulatory compliance activities as needed.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and proactively investigate issues to determine root causes and recommend solutions.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, customer service, and leadership teams to support business objectives and special projects.

Required:

  • AA or BS in Finance, Accounting, or Business

  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience

  • Proficiency with accounting systems (ERP) and CRM platforms

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel

  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines independently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

  • Strategic thinker with sound judgment, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the professionalism to handle confidential information with discretion

Preferred:

  • Experience with Sage Intacct

  • Experience in industries with seasonal revenue cycles and fiscal-year expense timing variability

  • Experience in consumer services, construction, and/or private equity–backed organizations
