About the Job:
We are seeking a friendly and dependable Customer Service Representative to assist customers, coordinate service requests, and support daily transportation and relocation operations at our Los Angeles, CA location. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, communicating clearly, and contributing to a positive customer experience in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
* Provide accurate information regarding moving schedules, services, appointments, and company procedures.
* Assist customers with questions, concerns, and service-related requests in a professional manner.
* Coordinate with drivers, movers, dispatchers, and operations staff to address customer needs.
* Enter and update customer information, service orders, appointment details, and notes in company systems.
* Assist with scheduling and confirming moving and relocation services.
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent required.
* Previous customer service, call center, logistics, or office experience is a plus but not required.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
* Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
